A small senior team. Tommy McGuire is Founder and CEO, Ben Miller is Technical Director, Matt Murtaugh and Francis Galguerra are full stack developers, Desiree Carabio leads UI/UX design, and Louise Galura handles operations.

The team operates on three stated principles: courtesy, creativity, and communication — with a deliberate bias toward overcommunication, on the view that poor communication degrades a project faster than most technical problems do.
